LuAnn's Enchilada Sauce

2 cans tomato sauce
1 can tomato paste
1 can (small) tomato soup
2 c. water
1/2 t. salt
1/2 c. oil
2 T. chili powder
1 t. garlic powder

Simmer together and use with hamburger, tortillas, and cheese to make enchiladas.
