1 pkg. Pistachio Instant Pudding
1 7oz. Cool Whip
1 carton cottage cheese
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
Mix Jello and Cool Whip together. Let set for a few minutes. Add cottage cheese and crushed pineapple. Place in refrigerator until ready to use.
